Huixian Xinda Textile Machinery Parts Co., Ltd. has been providing F216 brake wheel weaving machine brake discs (cast iron) for a long time. The F216 brake disc of the weaving machine is installed in the front of the 1511 bending shaft, with an inner hole diameter of 38mm. The polished surface diameter of the fixed brake steel strip F00-6 is 342mm, the width is 35mm, the outer diameter of the outer ring armrest is 438mm, and the main diameter is 15mm.
The material of the F216 brake wheel is cast iron (gray pig iron HT15-33, as shown in the above figure). In the spare parts of the weaving machine, gray pig iron material is painted green, and ductile iron material (referred to as ductile iron) is painted red.
The circular platform in the middle of the brake disc adopts a thickened type (as shown in the above figure), and the keyway of the brake disc (cast iron) of the F216 brake wheel weaving machine is 12mm wide and 3.4mm deep. If more than two brake wheels (brake discs) have broken ribs and are adjacent to each other, they need to be replaced in a timely manner.
