Xinda Textile machinery accessories specialty provides 3913 side support base [Extension seat] switch side support box accessories. The material of side support seat 3913 is pig iron HT15-33. Each loom uses one piece, which is connected with 3906 side support rod (extension rod). Its overall dimensions and parameters are: total length 8.8 cm, width 71.5 mm and height 27 mm.
The figure above shows the front and back views of the side support sub seat 3913. There are left and right hands in the figure. The rectangular hole for fixing is 23mm long and 13mm wide. L70 special T-shaped screw is fixed at the groove. The hole at the convex groove on the upper surface is M10. During weaving, the two edges of the cloth surface pass through the smooth arc surface of the extension seat, with 5 on the left and right of each string.
The inner diameter of the shaft hole for fixing the copper thorn shaft on the side is 10mm. The side supports 3913r and 3913L of the textile machine are distinguished according to the left-hand machine and the right-hand machine. Since the installation position is in the switch car, that is, the 3913L extension seat is installed on the left-hand car, the weight of a single side support box base is about 0.3KG.
The door width of 1515 shuttle loom includes: 56 inch, 63 inch and 75 inch double beams (referred to as double beams). They uniformly use 3913 (as shown in the above figure), while 1515k is generally 100 inch (250 type) and 110 inch (280 type). The door width is wide, and the extended side support is used.
