The specifications of heald wire clip from left to right are: four rows, single row, double row, extended double row, small double row. The first parameter on the left is 95mm in length, 72mm in inner length, 35mm in outer width and 8mm in thickness; the second dimension on the left is 114mm in length, 93mm in inner length, 16mm in outer width and 10mm in thickness;
The third left double row heald clip is commonly used on Cotton Looms, with an overall length of 94mm, an inner length of 75mm, an outer width of 20mm, and a thickness of 8.4mm; the fourth on the left is a heddle wire clamp of treadmill rapier machine, with an overall length of 152mm, an inner length of 122mm, an outer width of 19mm and a thickness of 10mm; the fifth one on the left is a double row heald clip, which is commonly used on the rapier loom, with a total length of 39mm, an inner length of 22mm, a width of 18mm and a thickness of 7.5mm.
Left first, left second and left third are used on shuttle looms. They are selected according to the density of heald wires arranged on a single heald frame. If the density is high, four rows of heald clips can be selected and four heald bars (heald strips, healds) can be hung to reduce the density of wire healds and ensure the smooth opening of warp yarns!
