GA788 rapier loom accessories weft density change gear (weft density wheel), also known as weft density teeth, gears with different number of teeth have the same outer diameter (13.35cm), the thickness of weft density wheel is 17mm, the diameter of inner hole of 50 tooth rapier machine gear is 18mm, and the width of keyway is 6mm. Weft density change wheel is mainly used to change and control the number of weft yarns (within 2 inches) in weaving process.

The calculation formula of weft density teeth (wheel) is as follows: the number of weft yarns per cm x the number of worm heads x0.85 = the number of weft dense gears (1 tooth to walk), the number of weft dense gears x2 = the number of 2 teeth to walk, and multiplied by 3 is 3 teeth per time.
