Xinda Textile Machinery Accessories Co., Ltd. provides B7 (1511 and 1515 types) of warp shaft discs of old-fashioned looms. 1511 Warp Beam,The part number of warp shaft discs used in 1511 type (44 inch and 56 inch single beam) is B7, the diameter of discs is 495mm, and the modulus is 4.23; 1511 Warp Beam,1515 Beam,The warp shaft disc used in 1515 (double beam 56 inch and 75 inch, individual refitting machines 32 inch and 36 inch) is 4122, and the outer diameter of the warp shaft disc is 550mm. The inner hole diameter of 1511 and 1515 warp shaft discs is 110mm, the number of teeth is 116, and the diameter pitch is 6. They are an important part of the warp shaft of old-fashioned weaving machinery.
The above figure shows the comparison between 1511 and 1515 warp shaft discs, and 1515 is facing up（ φ 550mm), with the back upward is type 1511（ φ 495mm), each loom uses 2 warp axis discs (flat knitting, towel machine uses 4 warp axis discs because it is a double warp axis).
The weight of GA615 (1515B-4122) warp shaft disc is about 13kg, which is installed at both ends of the warp shaft coil 3434 of the loom. The distance between the two discs is adjusted according to the warp arrangement width of the weaving door. The outer diameter (49.5 cm) of 1511-b7 weaving shaft disc is close to 50 cm, so it is generally called 50 disc, which is connected and installed with weaving shaft coil B15; Type 1515 is called 55 disc, which is distinguished according to the outer diameter of warp shaft disc.
