Huixian Xinda Textile machinery accessories provide shuttle 1515 accessories, 75 inch sliding box, textile machinery accessories (1515 sliding box) components. The main body of 1515-75 sliding box is not divided. The textile accessories are composed of sliding box main frame, accessory leather ring lug, bending support foot and right angle fixed foot. They are fixed by carriage screw when combined, so the installation is simple and convenient.
In the figure above, the curved fixed foot (double hole), side apron outer lug and right angle fixed support foot (single hole) are divided into left and right, one on each side of the apron lug, and the matching ones are f52 special nut, F48 long compression spring, f49 short leaf spring, F53 screw, etc.
The length of 1511 type textile machinery is slightly shorter than that of 1515 type. The difference is about 1cm due to 266 apron used in 1511 and 277 apron (buffer ring) used in 1515. Therefore, the chute length of the shuttle board is slightly different. The whole set of sliding box can be fixed firmly by using three screws.
One set of 1515 sliding box is used for reed frame of each loom. They are respectively installed under the two ends of loom Dragon (reed frame wood and wood reed).
