The back plate screws of the weaving machine shuttle box are made of pad iron K73. The galvanized pad iron is white in color and made of A3 plate. It is a universal accessory for 1511, 1515, and GA615 looms in textile machinery equipment. The half round head square neck screw M8X165 passes through the middle hole of the K73 pad iron and is tightly connected to the reed frame wood to fix the shuttle box back plate (Q3X4 or 3303X3304).
The shape of the K73 shim used for the shuttle box screw is square, with a side length of 25mm. The square hole in the middle is used to lock the square neck of the half round head screw, making it simple and convenient to tighten the M8X165 carriage screw nut.
The above picture shows the front and back of the screw pad for the back plate of the weaving machine shuttle box. The fixed square groove needs to be machined using tools below the ends of the reed frame wood to prevent the carriage bolts from rotating.
