The switch side upright pole of I14D loom is provided by Huixian Xinda Textile accessories. The material is gray iron HT15-32, color: green. G1515-7104 is used for GA615 loom. The length of I14 upright pole is 15.2 cm. It is used with I19 and I20 connecting bolts. The inner hole diameter is 12mm and 10mm respectively, and the clearance requirement is not more than 0.4mm.
The figure above shows the front and back view of the switch upright bar of I14D loom. They are divided into left hand and right hand. Only one piece is used for each loom. There is oil filling hole on the side of i19 hole, and two screw holes are made of M8. The single weight is about 0.4 kg. Both 1511 and 1515 looms can be used.
Installation requirements: the horn handle i16 should be flush with the front of the rotor bar K10. If the horn handle is to the inside, it can be filed thin. If it is outside, the loom accessories - switch upright bar I14 and licker roller hanging foot L26 should be padded with appropriate thickness of washer, or the rotor rod should be moved on the reed clamp shaft.
